Leigh Rossi

Community development and growth motivated Leigh’s interest from a young age. With that Real Estate Sales became a natural career choice. Leigh obtained her first Florida Real Estate License in the early 90’s. She set out to learn all aspects of the business before putting it to use by working briefly in the Mortgage field. Leigh took some time off to start a family and once her youngest started school she returned her talents back to Real Estate and pursue a career.  In 2001 she achieved her goal and became a Navarre Realtor®. In 2010, Leigh branched out into Residential Property Management and today manages over 30 area properties in addition to listing & selling.

Education & Experience

“One of the most important things I can do for my customer’s is continuing my education.” Leigh always exceeds the minimum requirements for maintaining her Florida Real Estate License. She enjoys learning and takes time to reflect on what her sales experience and the sales experience of those around her has taught her; always striving to improve the next transaction. “My focus remains on education which is essential to survival in today’s complex market.” Leigh’s expertise is in residential sales with an emphasis on new construction homes. As the daughter of a Marine, she had first hand knowledge of what relocation services mean to our military families.

Leadership & Service

Leigh made her primary affiliation with the Navarre Area Board of Realtors in 2001 and has been active ever since. Leigh participated in the inaugural Leadership Development Program in 2006, served as a Board of Director 2008/2009, Chaired the Blue Ribbon Marketing Committee and Multiple Listings Service (MLS) Committee. She received a President’s “Rock Star” award in 2010 for her dedication. She continues her service today as a member of the Finance Committee and Professional Standards Committee.
